Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our Carlisle workshop.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx with estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS with estimated delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently do not ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery estimates may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our premium collections. If your purchase doesn’t meet our exacting standards, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Ceramic and PVD-plated collections must show no signs of wear or handling
Non-Returnable Items
- Leather-strapped collections where original packaging has been opened or product has been tried on (for hygiene reasons)
- Customised items from our premium collections (unless faulty)
- International returns may be subject to non-refundable customs fees
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your item, including your order number and reason for return
- Await Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging, documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of your parcel

Exchanges
We’re pleased to offer exchanges for items of equal value from our stainless steel or two-tone collections. Please follow the standard returns process indicating your desire for an exchange and your preferred alternative item.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of your returned item (typically within 5 business days)
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds appear within 3-5 business days after processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost to you.
