All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Orders constitute an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse orders at our discretion.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Carlisle workshop.

5.2 Shipping Options

We offer:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: EMS for orders over £50, 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.3 Delivery Areas

We currently do not ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery estimates may vary due to customs processing.

5.4 Import Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Ceramic and PVD-plated items must show no signs of wear

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Leather-strapped items where packaging was opened or product was tried on
• Customised items (unless faulty)

6.3 Returns Process

2. Await return authorization (within 2 business days)
3. Package securely with all original materials

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at customer’s expense.

6.5 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for equal value items from our stainless steel or two-tone collections.

6.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately with photographs for expedited replacement at no cost.

7. Warranties and Liability

7.1 Product Warranty

Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects. This does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Radleys Hub shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays beyond our reasonable control
• Minor variations in product appearance

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
